I just love helping my clients celebrate all of life's adventures and accomplishments through the art of photography! And, as much as I love repeat family session business, I also really love when my clients think of me when the time comes to shoot other types of photography too!
I've worked with Megan through many chapters of her journey...headshots, real estate photos, engagement photos, wedding photos and family photos (we were excited to share the latter session with you here on the blog a few months ago). Well, she's back again, and I couldn't be happier about that! Megan rocks! She’s smart, fun, driven and knows how to work a camera!
Megan, in true real estate fashion, asked me to shoot these photos ASAP because of some big news she had just received. Please join me in congratulating Megan on becoming the newest member of the PAAR CARES Foundation board of directors. The PAAR CARES Foundation is a not-for-profit charitable foundation; supported by voluntary contributions by REALTOR® and Affiliate members of Peoria Area Association of REALTORS®, member firms and the public. This latest honor led Megan to up her professional game with some new headshots!
Professionally, Megan has come a long way from her years traveling the US, Canada and Europe selling T-shirts for bands at their concerts, but she says that experience taught her much about being her own boss while still being a team player. She, along with her business partner, opened a brokerage, reaching #7 largest brokerage in the Peoria area within its first 12 months! She hopes to help her community prosper by helping other REALTORS® succeed at bringing homeownership to all.
